Thiru Ganesan

From humble beginnings to a self-made President and CEO, entrepreneur- Thiru Ganesan has established Kyyba into a global brand offering high-performance technology solutions and services in IT and engineering. Thiru is a member of the company’s board of Directors and co-founded Kyyba, Inc. with his brother Tel K. Ganesan. Thiru sets the strategic direction for the company and has a passionate execution team who make things happen!

Rajkumar Jayapaul
Senior Vice President - Growth
Rajkumar Jayapaul (RJ) will be focussing on Growth, and defining and enhancing some key foundational aspects for scale.
RJ has over 25 years of IT experience working in the US, UK and India. He has strong expertise in account management and growth, program management and delivery, and senior stakeholder engagement. RJ has had a long and successful stint at a couple of large IT consulting orgs, serving major clients Government, Retail and Transportation clients. He is very meticulous and structured in leading and executing various organizational initiatives.
In his leisure, he enjoys researching various food diets and occasionally tries his quick and easy culinary skills.
Rajesh Raghunathan
Managing Partner - Data & Analytics
As Managing Partner, Rajesh leads Kyyba’s Data & Analytics practice. In this role, he is responsible for developing Kyyba’s Data & Analytics strategy, exploring new digital & alternative opportunities and overseeing the delivery of Data & Analytics solutions to Kyyba’s clients within the Government sector.
Rajesh brings 25 years of experience in data management, operations, analytics, governance, software management, and program development. His expertise lies primarily in strategic leadership, data management, data modernization, AI, digital transformation and lean & agile methods. He is very passionate about enabling organizations to be more data-centric & dedicated to leading clients to new frontiers by leveraging untapped data to explore new opportunities, as well as to run digitally enabled businesses.
Most recently, Rajesh was a Senior Director for Data Management at Fannie Mae, a mortgage-industry leader in the US, where his team was responsible for all aspects of management, execution and operations of the Multifamily Data infrastructure.
Rajesh holds an MBA in Information Systems from University of Madras and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Madras.
Ekambaram Ramachandran
Vice President - Enterprise Business Solutions
As the Vice President of Enterprise Business Solutions for Kyyba, EK brings in three decades of hands-on learnings in Technology Practices and Delivery, Business Development, Account Management, Quality Management, Marketing and Operations. He is a people made leader who contributes across the organization and at all levels. In his past career, he has worked with Tier-1 companies and fortune 100 clientele, managing large projects with excellent customer relationships.
Venu Gurram
Managing Partner - Public Sector
Venu, before joining Kyyba, was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH). In addition to moving DCH to cloud, his primary goal is to make Medicaid Enterprise System Transformation (MEST), a multiyear and multimillion dollar undertaking, successful.
Prior to DCH he worked for SAS, where he helped state agencies with their data analysis, transformation and visualization. Before SAS, he spent bulk of his working life at PCC Technology Group (PCC). During his tenure at PCC, he made the company a leader in Secretary of State space, particularly in Voter Registration Systems with presence in 12 states.
Kavi Raj
Vice President - Operations
As the VP Of Operations at Kyyba, Inc., Kavi Raj oversees all aspects of operations including Finance, accounting, payroll, immigration, Human Resources, and benefits. She has all the support function departments’ leads reporting directly to her. Kavi works closely with Human Resources to implement and refine company policies and procedures. Some of her other responsibilities as a leader include guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of management and executive team members, creating and implementing a strategic plan, and tackling and troubleshooting unforeseen issues. Kavi is a dedicated and strategic leader who supports and guides her team to ensure operations are run smoothly, efficiently and without interruption.
Kavi Raj has been with Kyyba, Inc since its inception in 1998. She has taken on different roles and responsibilities during her tenure with the company prior to being promoted to a Vice President of Operations.
K. Nikita
Vice President - Operations
Nikita is the Vice President of Operations and Delivery and currently heads the India Business. She holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from the University of Pune. She has also done a Strategic Management course from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC). She has previously worked with companies like Manpower Services, Infosys and Fidelity Investments. Having a diverse experience in Consulting, ITeS, Financial Services, US staffing and IT domain, she has garnered significant corporate experience of a decade and half. As the head of the business in India, her role is to provide strategic direction to ensure sustainability and overall growth of the Offshore units.
She is a vibrant and compassionate leader who has a clear vision for collective growth. Under her thought leadership India business has grown exponentially from being a cost center to a profit making center. She works towards promoting a pleasant ecosystem for employees.
In time spared out of her corporate commitments she loves to read classic literature and writes poetry.
Raisa Milman
Chief People Officer
As the Human Resources Manager at Kyyba, Inc., Raisa Milman is in charge of the HR department and all aspects of the HR operations functions. She is a self-motivated and enthusiastic leader who enjoys working with others and helping to solve difficult issues. She is responsible for processing new hires, benefits administration, compensation administration, organizational development and training, employee incentive programs, and administering company policies and procedures.
Raisa is a SHRM certified professional with many years of experience in an IT and professional services environment. Throughout her career, Raisa worked closely with senior HR and executive leadership focusing on various functional areas, such as employee relations and engagement, recruitment, employment law compliance, benefits, performance management, policy implementation, and training and development. Raisa beliefs in employee empowerment as well as continuous learning and development.
Sai Rajagopal Varadharajan
Global Service Delivery Head
Sai is an accomplished technology leader with vast global IT experience across Application Development, Consultancy, Project & Account Management. He has proven credentials in delivering into Large Transformation programs following best practices in technology, process and people management. Sai runs Kyyba Tech’s delivery function hands on, collaborating with the client teams and our partner eco system.
Abhishek Singh
Solutions Director
Abhishek comes with over 22 years of experience in delivering Eligibility and Enrollment platforms from concept to completion. He is a passionate technologist and a domain expert in HHS. Abhi heads our products and platforms business unit and is responsible for Kyyba’s product offerings in the HHS space.
Lauren Clark
Director - Business Development
Lauren is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where she earned her Bachelor's in Business, along with leading her softball program to its first ever MAC Championship as a team captain. She started her career at Manpower Professional in Technical Recruiter back in 2007. Since then, she has worked as a Business Development Manager at ICONMA, and the past 9 years as a Director at Kyyba, focusing on contingent labor and SOW relationships.
Alicia Dehelean
Director - OEM Accounts
Alicia develops and executes customized business strategies for each of our OEM accounts to ensure a value-added customer experience. She mentors all our account executives and enables them to be trusted transformation partners to our clients.
Michael Farrell
Branch Vice President
Mike joined Kyyba in 2021 as Branch Vice President bringing with him 30 years’ experience in the human resources and staffing industry. Mike’s focus at Kyyba is client service, account management, and business operations. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered outstanding results and contributed to the success of numerous organizations. While working for a global staffing company headquartered in Milwaukee, he gained experience across multiple disciplines. During that time, he was involved in recruiting for positions in the IT, Engineering, Finance, Scientific and Clinical fields. Mike was also successful growing sales as a Vice President, Branch Manager, and an Account Manager. Mike has also led workforce development programs and corporate community social responsibility initiatives.
